Mid Devon League and cup winners 08/09
Moors girls under 11’s won the Mid Devon League at the final meeting at Twyford. They beat Wellington 2-0 with goals from Louise Elsey and Charlie-ann Gerrard. Which left them needing a point from there last two games against Twyford, with goals from Courtney Butt, Jade Phillips and jayde phillips. They won 2-0 and drew 1-1
There were great performances from Holly Perris, Amy Needs, Emily Worby, Chelsea Hill and Kim Hawkins. Out of 26 games they won 21, drew 3 and lost only 2. Scoring 92 goals and conceding 16

Moors U11’s girls finished the season in real style by completing the double, of winning the league and now the Mid Devon League Cup. They faced Bradnich in the Semi-final and totally dominated, winning 7-0. In the final the faced an under strengthened Twyford and run out 9-0 winners.
What makes it so outstanding is that the newly formed team have hardly played any football until this season.
Goal scorers for Moors were, Jayde Phillips, Kim Hawkins, Louise Elsey 1 each. Emily Worby 2, Jade Phillips 3 and Charlie-Ann Gerrard 8. There were outstanding performances from Chelsea Hill and Amy Needs.
